我想要做几个膜表面阴离子转运蛋白的检测，但有几种没有市售的荧光素标记抗体，需要自己买抗体回来自己标记。但我之前只做过生物素和sulf的标记，没有自己标过荧光素，不知道标记后的抗体效果怎么样，标记后抗体均匀吗？大家有没有效果比较好的荧光素标记试剂盒可以推荐的，最好带上厂家和货号，希望大家不吝指教~

倪老师，请问您做过这种阴离子转运的跨膜蛋白染色吗？现在收集到的流式检测的信息比较少，看到很多资料和文献中都是用WB做的，但我们这边实验室没有WB的仪器，所以希望利用流式检测。
