关于克隆号与流式实验

我这边做了anti-human CD3 PE（clone：HIT3a）无阳性表达，国产，联科，anti-human CD3 PE（clone：OKT3）有阳性表达，biolegend。这边怀疑和克隆号有关，有没有参考文献，或者参考资料如何查找

你用的标本，是什么？是否明确表达CD3？
如果是，那么可以肯定后者是好的。如果本身就不表达，那么就是前者是好的。

之前做了人的外周血OK，换成DC-CTL细胞系不行了。
