如何检测中性粒细胞表面的CD64？

粒细胞表面高表达CD64受体，通常需要先进行fc受体封闭，但是如果实验中想检测CD64的阳性表达，请问该如何选择CD64流式抗体？fc受体封闭还需要做吗？

不会，CD64指数的Protocol一直都是如此

说明书上说，不影响Fc receptor 抗体染色吧？

不影响，只是阻断Fc段的非特异结合，不影响Fab段特异性结合

那也就是说，如果购买的是biolegend的这款封闭剂，在检测cd64抗原时，可以按照常规的流程进行fc受体封闭，同时选择建议的CD64抗体克隆了
