CD4+T细胞分为TH1 TH2 TH17 TREG等细胞亚群， PMA刺激后检测各组分百分比，加起来是不是应该就与CD4的百分比差不多， 我检测后发现各组分都非常低， 是我染色没染好的缘故吗， 谢谢

应该不是100％，主要是CD4＋细胞中还可能有其它细胞存在。
看看Disturbed Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg balance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus文章中的图片，a是Th1、Th2、Th17占CD4＋细胞的比例，可见合起来不是100％。Treg这幅图没提，但比例也很少。
