谁在体外养过MDSC？

如题，求MDSC体外培养的protocol，请有经验的大神赐教，谢谢！

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital的Sabrin Albeituni 提供了一个protocol，来自Marigo I, Dolcetti L, Serafini P, Zanovello P, Bronte V. Tumor-induced tolerance and immune suppression by myeloid derived suppressor cells. Immunol Rev. 2008 Apr;222:162-79. doi: 10.1111/j.1600-065X.2008.00602.x. Review. 2.5x10E5骨髓细胞，培养在10 ml完全RPMI培养基，添加GM-CSF (40ng/ml)和IL-6 (40ng/ml) ，培养4-5天。培养出的细胞具有很强的抑制能力，不过并不全部表达Gr-1，约90％以上表达CD11b、40％表达Ly6C hi Ly6G- 、20％表达Ly6C int Ly6G+。

不过，很多做MDSC的人都认为，很难统一培养条件，可能都需要自己逐一尝试各种因子，有些人认为，用肿瘤病人的血清可能有用。
